Rails, Ales & Wine Trains

Join us for special evenings aboard our train, relaxing with the beverage of your choice and a flavorful appetizer or snack as you enter the vintage era of train travel.

“Vintage” trains will run on May 31st & Sep 20th, our “Americana” train on Jun 28th, our “Beach Fun” train on Jul 26th, and our “Aloha” train on Aug 23rd.  We would love to serve you on All of them! Book now!

Ride The Train 2024!

The Great Train Robbery

Come back to the days of the Wild West when the trains were the target of attacks by bandits. Loads of fun for children of ALL ages. Experience the past on our vintage train and watch out for those bandana masks!

Saddle up and wear your best western gear as we ride through bandit country and experience a wild west adventure!

All ages. Ride may extend past 90 minutes due to bandit activity.

Murder Mystery Train

An evening of fun awaits all would-be sleuths as the cast from Lionheart Productions has you dust off your poodle skirts, bobby socks and letter sweaters, and come dressed for fun, as 2024’s Murder Mystery theme is set in the 1950’s!!!.
Presented through multiple coaches simultaneously, different members of the cast will reveal hints so that you can identify “who done it”.

Pumpkin Train

A West Michigan Family Fall Tradition! Always a hit with both children and adults, the PUMPKIN TRAIN sells out quickly so get your tickets early. We encourage the kids (and parents) to wear their Halloween costumes for some extra fun. Kids receive a free pumpkin!

Santa Train

All aboard the Santa Train!  Our vintage train has a special seat reserved just for Santa and his elves and all the kids get to meet him and receive a special gift from him. This is one of our most popular rides and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to meet Santa and take pictures!  Trains sell out quickly on this one, so buy your tickets in advance!

This year’s Caroling Train will be held on December 22nd, at 5pm.

Who we are

Friends of the Coopersville & Marne Railway is a non-profit (501-C)  volunteer organization that has operated passenger trains between Coopersville and Marne Michigan for the past 35 years.  Hundreds of thousands of passengers along with their families have enjoyed a trip on our vintage trains.
